Presentations were heard from ALBA, Bessy, Diamond and SOLEIL.

SOLEIL and ALBA explained why they chose digital control for low level RF using IQ modulation. This method requires a more software based approach than previously used. ALBA gave a presentation on their options for RF cavities showing the advantages and disadvantages for many choices of cavity and operating frequency. Diamond gave a project update showing that the building and commissioning is going to plan. SOLEIL explained why they chose their inventive solid state power option. All three projects, Diamond, ALBA and SOLEIL showed interesting solutions and innovative design. Bessy gave an overview of HoBiCaT and the Bessy FEL.
