ABSTRACT:
Dr Chin Cheng Kuo will give a status report about the new 3GeV Synchrotron Light Source in Taiwan. The energy of the machine is 3GeV with a circumference of about 520m. The design phase is almost finished and the production of the different components has started.
Mr Ho-Ping Chang will give the status report about the injection synchrotron. TPS is looking for the concept of having the storage ring and the booseter in the same tunnel. The design of the booster synchrotron is almost the same as Alba.
