Alfresco was recently introduced in ALBA as the Synchrotron's new DMS. What is a DMS? How can I use it? How should I manage documents? Permissions? Did you know Alfresco can be mapped and used as a network drive? The purpose of this short presentation is to provide ALBA staff with the basics of how to use Alfresco, as well as practical tips and advices for best user experience and usage.
