CALL 2015-I

The Call for proposals for 2015-I cycle is now open:

• Opening: June 5^th, 2014.
  
• Deadline: July 7^th, 2014, 23:59 GMT+2.
  
  

1. Very important:  all proposals for MX, BL13-XALOC beamline, should be submitted as BAG proposals. The access will cover the whole 2015 year and several visits within this year can be performed. No other call will be open for this beamline for 2015.
2. For the rest of the beamlines, The Call for Proposals for 2015-I cycle will cover experiments from January 2015 to mid June 2015. 

1. Maximum 2 years (2015 and 2016) with a re-evaluation after the annual experimental report. 
2. Only one long term proposal maximum per end station will be awarded.
   
3. The proposal must demonstrate long-term added value to ALBA (equipment remaining in the experimental station, development of new techniques, additional staff, etc.). A letter of intentions shall be attached to the proposal form. If the proposal is chosen, a contract or agreement will be formalized. This agreement must be valid when the experiment begins. Otherwise, the proposal will automatically be updated to standard proposal. 

Please note that you can submit as many proposals as you want but you can only edit one proposal draft at a time. Make sure you have submitted or deleted your draft proposal before creating a new one.

If your lab is not listed in our database, you can create a new laboratory that must be approved by ALBA User Office before you finalize your submission. Therefore, we invite you to register all users taking part in the proposal and their laboratories as soon as possible.
