Temperature: In-situ heating possible from 25°C to 120°C.
Multi- sample chuck for four samples that provides repeatable positioning of the samples.
This SPM allows performing photoconductive measurements.

This AFM is operating inside an Ar glove box that allows attaching a suitcase to transfer samples in inert atmosphere.·
The sample holder is configurated for flag-sample plates (15mm x 18 mm), which are compatible with the beamlines BOREAS (XMCD experimental station), CIRCE-PEEM, CIRCE-NAPP and LOREA, as well as with OMICRON and SPECS systems.
