1. To ensure optimal organization of the event, requests must be made before 3:00 p.m. on May 23, 2025.
2. During the Open Day, visitors must show their ticket and their ID, NIE or passport to the staff at the access point.
3. The ticket shows the time at which attendees will be able to access the venue, as well as the range of ticket numbers that will enter at the same time. Access will not be allowed to people without a ticket or who arrive outside the assigned entry time.
4. Filming and photography of the facilities will be permitted.
5. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
6. In all spaces managed by the Consortium for the Construction, Equipment and Operation of the Synchrotron Light Laboratory (CELLS), both indoors and outdoors, the safety instructions of the center that will be provided to you at access to the venue must be followed.
7. CELLS reserves the right to cancel or change the date of the Open Day for safety reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
8. CELLS will film and/or photograph the ALBA Open Day. Therefore, please be advised that your image and that of anyone accompanying you—including minors—may be captured for the purposes of publicizing and promoting the event on its website, social media, and/or internal or external publications. CELLS undertakes that the use of these images will in no case infringe on the right to honour of individuals, in accordance with the terms established by Organic Law 1/1985, of 5 May, on Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and One's Own Image.
9. With regard to the personal data collected through this form, we inform you that its processing is subject to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and other applicable regulations. The data collected is the minimum necessary and is supported by the legal basis (legitimacy) and purpose indicated (registration for the ALBA Open Day event to monitor the entry and exit of visitors to CELLS facilities, video surveillance and security); Their processing will be carried out in accordance with the specific procedures designed by CELLS based on the risk analysis and applicable security measures, which are included in the corresponding Activity Registry.
