During the 2nd "Night of Cerdanyola Empresarial", held on 21st November at the UAB Campus Hotel, the association of local companies from Cerdanyola del Vallès awarded the ALBA Synchrotron in recognition of the international projection of the city among institutions all over the world.
The event brought together more than 300 companies and was chaired by the Catalan Minister of Business and Labour, Felip Puig. During the event, the ALBA Synchrotron was awarded for its contribution to promote international projection of Cerdanyola del Vallès.
Other awards were given to the companies: Opalo Perfumeries, Dentaid, Jesmon Telecomunicaciones, Padró Solanet and Tast & Gust as well as the technological research center Ascamm. Spico Intelligent Safety received the Rotary grant for entrepreneurship.
