The World Day for Safety and Health at Work will be commemorated next 28 April and we want to celebrate it with ALBA staff by carrying out some activities aimed at promoting the safety and health of the whole staff.
On that day we will make a multi-frequency body analysis service available to you to find out in an individualised and confidential way important parameters for our well-being such as weight, body mass index or physical and emotional biological age.
As a complement to the previous activity, in the afternoon we will have a visit from a nutritionist who will talk about "food balance".
In addition, you can visit the stand with a Demo workshop on Protection equipment for indirect electrical contacts and Types/uses of extinguishers.
Finally, we will carry out a couple of fun activities: a Memorix CLP Game and a contest, with the help of the online tool Kahoot. In the latter you will have to answer a series of questions related to security aspects.
The activities will be completely voluntary, within ALBA's working hours and in some of them there will be prizes.
