We present transient electro-optical characterization of perovskite solar cells. Numerical driftdiffusion simulation are used to explain the measured transient and steady-state results and to investigate the influence of mobile ions.

The talk also gives an update on recent advances in R&D tool development at Fluxim including the all-in-one measurement system Paios and the simulation software Setfos. The tools are demonstrated with examples of light scattering in perovskite-silicon tandems, PV module modeling, degradation of solar cells and comprehensive parameter extraction.
