Cerdanyola del Vallès, 26th May 2022 Ten years had passed since the publication of the Resolution ENS/1204/2012 on the organization of alternating training in initial vocational training studies, which launched the Dual Training Studies program in Catalonia. This type of professional training allows the student to be a trainee in a collaborating company or entity.
This regulation has made it possible to set up an alternating training model in which around 330 centers and 6,000 collaborating entities currently participate. Among them, the ALBA Synchrotron, which since 2015 has welcomed more than 90 students to carry out their Dual Training studies in many fields such as the development of multiplatform applications, administration of network computer systems, design and production of mechanical manufacturing, electrical maintenance, refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance, marketing and publicity, analysis and quality control or administration and finances.
In order to recognize the work done by all the educational centers and entities throughout these years, a conference was organized yesterday in the CaixaForum with all the participating agents. The responsible of Control Management and Funded Projects of the ALBA Synchrotron, Eva Hernández, received the trophy in recognition of the work done by the synchrotron over the years.
