Every open position at ALBA is published including at least the following key components:
Eligibility Requirements: Minimum qualifications and skills needed to apply.
Merit Evaluation (40 points):
Applications are assessed based on predefined criteria related to qualifications and experience.
Detailed scoring criteria are shared in the job announcement to ensure clarity.
Interview Phase (60 points):
At least the top two candidates from the merit evaluation are invited for an interview.
To promote diversity, if the top two are not from an underrepresented gender within the division or office, a candidate ranked 3rd to 5th from an underrepresented group will also be invited.
A minimum score of 30/60 is required to pass this phase.
Candidates are informed of the salary range prior to the interview.
Interview Evaluation Focus:
Professional Experience – Overview of career, achievements, and acquired skills.
Soft Skills Self-Assessment – Teamwork, adaptability, and communication.
Vision of the Job Position – Understanding of the job’s impact and future challenges.
Motivation – Personal commitment and interest in joining ALBA.
Candidates who successfully complete the interview process will receive an overall score, and the selection committee will recommend candidates for the position based on their ranking.
