The 8th LEAPS Plenary Meeting will take place on 13–14 November 2025 in Kraków, Poland, kindly hosted by SOLARIS at the Kraków Technology Park.

The LEAPS Plenary Meeting is our key annual gathering, bringing together representatives from all member facilities and  partner institutions. Over the course of two days, we will share updates on the progress of LEAPS activities, exchange experiences across working and strategy groups, and discuss future directions for our community.
