BL01 - MIRAS

MIRAS is devoted to Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and microscopy. FTIR is a very potential tool to identify the vibrational signatures and therefore the chemical composition of materials.

BL04 - MSPD

The Materials Science and Powder Diffraction Beamline (MSPD) has two endstations: one for high angular resolution powder diffraction and another for for high pressure powder diffraction using diamond anvil cells and micro powder diffraction at high energy.

BL06 - XAIRA

XAIRA is a microfocus beamline dedicated to challenging Macromolecular Crystallography (MX) experiments and novel techniques.

BL09 - MISTRAL

MISTRAL is a full-field Transmission X-ray Microscopy beamline devoted to cryo nano-tomography in the water window for microscopy on the nano scale of biological systems and provides spectroscopic and magnetic imaging for ambient temperature conditions.

BL11 - NCD-SWEET

NCD-SWEET beamline is devoted to Small and Wide Angle X-ray Scattering in transmission (SAXS & WAXS) and Grazing Incidence Small and Wide Angle X-ray Scattering (GISAXS & GIWAXS)

BL13 - XALOC

XALOC provides the Structural Biology groups with a flexible and reliable tool to help in finding solutions for structures of macromolecules and complexes.

BL15 - 3Sbar

Hard X ray micro-spot beamline operated between 2 keV to 17 KeV that will perform core level ambient pressure photoelectron spectroscopy (APXPS) and Surface X ray diffraction (SXRD) at grazing incidence angles (from 0 up to 15º).

BL16 - NOTOS

NOTOS is a hard X-ray beamline devoted to X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy (XAS), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and instrumentation tests.

BL20 - LOREA

LOREA is a beamline for the investigation of electronic structure of solids by Angle Resolved Photo-Emission Spectroscopy (ARPES) technique.

BL22 - CLÆSS

CLÆSS provides simultaneous and unified access to two complementary techniques: X-ray absorption and emission spectroscopies.

BL24 - CIRCE

Variable polarization soft X-ray beamline dedicated to advanced photoemission experiments. It has two endstations: PEEM (photoemission electron microscopy) and NAPP (near ambient pressure photoemission).

BL25 - MINERVA

Soft X-ray beamline to support the development of the NewATHENA mission (Advanced Telescope for High Energy Astrophysics). Funded by the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation.

BL29 - BOREAS

Soft X-ray beamline dedicated to polarization-dependent spectroscopic investigations of advanced materials of fundamental as well as applied interest.
