Gender Bias in AI: Does Technology Help Equal Opportunities? Women are playing an increasingly important role in decision-making and in the management of key infrastructure. Artificial intelligence plays a key role in current scientific research. At the same time, generative AI models, among other problems, are affected by gender bias.
