There are external channels specialized in receiving information or complaints, complementary to the internal CELLS channel, such as:

• Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority provided for in Law 2/2023.
• In case of reporting violations related to EU law:
• National Anti-Fraud Coordination Service (SNCA): channel INFOFRAUDE.
• European Public Prosecutor's Office: whistleblower channel.
• European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF): fraud reporting.
